I started Carolyn in Carolina to share my life and stories online with family, old friends and new friends. The Art of Random Willynillyness began when I made the decision to not do product reviews on my personal blog.
The Art of Random Willynillyness is a lifestyle blog. I share recipes, , home décor, beauty tips, general information, product reviews, my travels and host giveaways for my readers. I love showcasing and reviewing all types of products that I find interesting. My personal blog deals with my life as a Costa Rican American city girl living in North Carolina. I mainly blog about my life, cooking, gardening and especially our travels.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I have a degree in Communications from the University of Miami, with a double major in print journalism and Latin American Studies. I currently reside in North Carolina with my husband.
I have worked in the non-profit sector for over 18 years as a fundraiser and special events coordinator. As a fundraiser, I have developed and implemented comprehensive fundraising programs that include special events, marketing, public relations, direct mail appeals, planned giving, grant writing, social media and more.
As a professional blogger, I have worked with various brands and companies. I have attended several conferences and have been invited on various trips and to numerous events.
