CLOSED - Tyson Fully Cooked Heat 'N Eat Dinner Meats Review and Giveaway

I love cooking and I do it everyday. I really enjoy it but every so often I get lazy and don't want to do it. So what do I do? I usually feed Tom leftovers or go out to dinner. But recently I got the opportunity to try Tyson Fully Cooked Heat & Eat Meat entrées. After trying them, I think Tom might not be getting as many leftovers as before.

Tyson® Fully Cooked Heat ‘N Eat Dinner Meats are a line of fully-cooked delicious entrée meats that are available in refrigerated meat aisle of your local grocery store. They are already cooked so all you have to do is slip them into the microwave or oven and they are done in minutes. All you do is provide a few sides and dinner is ready in no time.

The varieties of Tyson meals are as follows:

* NEW Beef Brisket in Fire Roasted Onion Sauce
* NEW Braised Beef Brisket with Mild Chili Sauce
* NEW Beef Steak Tips in Burgundy Sauce
* NEW Pork Loin in Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce
* Pork Roast in Gravy
* Maple & Brown Sugar Glazed Ham
* Chicken Breast Medallions in White Wine & Garlic Sauce
* Seasoned Beef Meatloaf
* Beef Pot Roast in Gravy
* Beef Tips in Gravy
* Beef Steak Tips in Bourbon Sauce

I received a coupon to try the Tyson Heat 'n Eat meals. I decided to try the Beef Tips in Gravy. Now Tom isn't really picky about food but he isn't a fan of frozen and ready to make meals so I was a little worried he might not like this meal. But I figured I would cook up the Beef Tips make some buttered parsley noodles and fresh green beans and see what happens.

It was easy peasy to cook up this meal. It was basically an under 30 minute meal. The Tyson meals are easy to make because they come in their own little pan and in a plastic bag. All you do is pierce the bag for ventilation and put them right into the microwave. Once they are done, you cut open the bag and pour the meats right into the little pan. It's ready to serve.
Once the Beef Tips were ready I plated them up. I served Tom and at first he said it was too much food but before I knew it, he had eaten the whole thing!! He cleaned his plate. I asked him if he liked it and he said the meat was tender and he loved the gravy. He even had me serve him extra gravy over the noodles!! I also loved it the Beef Tips. They were tender and well seasoned. I couldn't believe how delish it was.

And it was easy to make and clean up was a cinch. I just took everything and put it right into the trash. No pots, no pans, no mess, no fuss; it was great!! And while I used my Tyson meal as is, the Tyson site has some great recipes you can try. Even Robin Miller, from the Food Network, has joined in and created some fabulous recipes that you can make! She made an amazing panini using the Tyson Pork Loin in Sweet and Tangy BBQ sauce. Yummo! I am so going to try that recipe!!

Based on my experience, I would recommend these. If you don't like to cook but want a great meal for your family then you need to try these. These are great to have in the frig just in case you don't have time to make dinner.

And since I know many of you love giveaways, I also wanted to let you know that Tyson will be hosting a weekly sweepstakes on their Web site, EmbraceDinner.com, called the “Perfect Pairs” sweepstakes. All you do is sign up, answer a few questions and tell Tyson what you would pair with the Tyson Heat ‘N Eat Dinner Meats. You will be entered in a weekly drawing to win some really great prizes!

I want to thank Tyson Foods for providing me with the coupons to try and review their products. And Tyson was so nice that I got extra coupons for my wonderful readers!!
