The recipe worked because of the cinnamon bread. Besides the bananas, it gave the sandwich a nice sweetness. The cream cheese gave it a nice creamy flavor. And who doesn't like cream cheese?
This is perfect for a lite lunch or snack. It takes minutes to make and it is so easy!

Cream cheese and bananas on cinnamon bread? That IS a very new combination to me. We might even try this with different breads. Time for a trip to the bakery, for fresh warm bread!
