The mission of Untold News is to educate Americans about the Middle East and the non-political aspects of Israel through dissemination of the unknown stories about Israel’s many humanitarian acts, inventions and start-ups.
For example, it is not generally known that Israel has sent Crisis Teams to a number of nations in trouble, or that Israel has more inventions and start-ups per-capita than all of Europe combined. Helping to present “the other half of the story” could greatly enhance perceptions of Israel in the US.
Untold News’ target audience is neither the committed nor those who are decidedly anti-Israel. It is college graduates who are in the middle group — those who know little about Israel and are not actively seeking information.
Working with experts, Untold News is developing creative strategies and distribution methods to proactively present the case in both traditional and new media.
Below you will see a video an eight-month-old Palestinian child with a hole in her heart. She receives medical treatment from the charity Save A Child's Heart Program based in Holon, Israel. This program has helped over 2500 children in over 40 countries where adequate medical care is unavailable.

One of the video was a doctor telling about how he might treat a terrorist and the victims of the terrorist at the same time. No matter his personal beliefs, he treats all his patients the same.

I saw the video on Drip irrigation and was surprised by the difference in the ONE tree that showed more water and thus growth from this type of irrigation. Projects giving other countries their own supply of hose like material to start gardens (to provide food AND sell to save) made me wonder why we dont do this here. We have so much land, and so much not dessert even like these people. Hunger should not be such a big problem when people are able and willing to work like this if only they have the information and supplies to get started!

I watched the drip irrigation video. I learned that the idea was thought of because a farmer in Israel noticed a leak in one of his pipes that was causing the tree next to the drip to grow bigger than his other trees. They then developed drip irrigation to help bring water to deserts!

I also learned that their work extends to Europe, Canada, and the US, and that their decisions to treat patients is based on need, and nothing else.
