Weight loss is something that is always on my mind. I have to lose weight to maintain my health. I have been working at it slowly and it works. In the past few months, I have lost 10 pounds. But there is still a long way to go.

I have eaten tons of the Yoplait Light yogurt but had not tried the Yoplait Greek 100. I went to the store and bought some of the Yoplait Greek 100 Strawberry yogurt. Let me tell you, it was delicious. It was creamy and sweet. Yet, it had a tart undertone because Greek yogurt is a little different than regular yogurt. I also liked it because it feels like it is more filling. Yummy!
