Nutrisystem Nation Week 7 Update! #spon


Okay, I got my lazy butt up last week and started exercising again. It was tough. I knew I had to do it though because stopping your exercise program is the kiss of death. I find it hard to get back on track.

I only did it 3 times last week, but that and Nutrisystem was enough to bump me up to losing 1 pound this week. I am thrilled. I am hoping to exercise at least 4 times this week. I am going to mix it up with the treadmill and my Nurtisystem Leslie Sansone walking DVD.

I think this proves that weight loss does not succeed without exercise. Diet and exercise go hand in hand. Unfortunately, I hate exercising. I really do. I am lazy. But once I start exercising, I feel good about doing it. But I have to force myself to actually get up and get moving.

I would love to lose 2 pounds this week to get to 10 pounds but I am taking it slow and easy. I want to thank Meredith for the encouragement last week because I realized that it isn't about how much I lose but that I am losing.

And when I am going out, I am making better decisions. We were out Sunday and, instead of tacos, I opted for a salad. It is getting easier to make better choices. The other day, I wanted to binge. I stepped back and walked away from the kitchen. I started cleaning the house instead. I had to talk myself down but I did.

Losing weight is a tough but at least every week, I am doing it. Slow and steady wins the race.
