I tried my kit but I am one of the less than 2% of people who are sensitive to the whitening gel. It made my gums hurt so I stopped using it. I am going to try again because I want whiter teeth!

    I just use whitening toothpaste and whitening listerine - seems to be working :)

    I have quite some time ago with the crest strips, but my teeth are so sensitive I couldn't keep it up :( I've heard this system is much better for sensitive teeth.

    I've used toothpaste that supposedly whitens our teeth. I trust that it doesn't make them darker, but really can't see that it makes a difference
