There is one thing I have always wanted to do before I died. That was to visit Paris and see the Eiffel Tower. Well last month, I had that chance. We traveled to Europe and I was able to see the Eiffel Tower. It was everything I thought it would be and more.

When I was asked to participate in the "What's Your ID?" program, I knew that my flavor profile was French Vanilla. After seeing the Eiffel Tower and Paris, I know that is so me.

French Vanilla reminds me of France. It also evokes in me a feeling of home and comfort. When I was little, my grandmother would add vanilla beans to our milk to give us a treat. When I taste vanilla, it reminds me of her. There is no other flavor or smell that brings such wonderful memories of my childhood and great life moments than French Vanilla.
