We live in the boonies. Because of this, we have to be careful when using our cell phones. This is why we still have a land line at home. Our cell service is good but you never know when it will go out. There have been times when I am on the phone and lose a call. And I cannot tell you how many times I have found my hubby outside trying to find the best signal possible. I also love having a land line at home because it makes me fell more secure.
I was recently asked to review the new VTech Connect to Cell™ phone system. The VTech Connect to Cell system allows me to use my cell through the phone. This is great because so many times I leave my cell phone charging and when I get calls I never hear them because the phone is in another part of the house. If I do answer my cell phone and move to another part of the house, I can never be sure the call will drop.
It is a plus to be able to use two cell phones through Bluetooth and one land line on the VTech system. Since we have two cell phones and a land line, it works perfectly for us. It also come with two bases so one lives in our living room and one in our back room. With a land line in the bedroom, we have great coverage all over the house.
Other features I liked were the ability to download my contacts on my cell phone into the VTech phone system. I am always losing my phone numbers and this gives me the ability to retrieve any number. There is also Virtual Multi-Line Operation that allows you to make and receive call on both lines at the same time.
We don't have a big family, so the two bases and handsets work for us. But if you needed more handsets and bases, the VTech Connect to Cell system allows you to add them. You can go up to more devices and bases, and still only need one phone jack.
The system also looks and feels like it will last a long time. The last phone we had was so cheap and the base so flimsy, it was not surprising that we needed a new phone system. The system also comes with a head band and two ear hooks for every base and handset. If you do not want to lug around the handset then you can slip on the head band and go hands free!
I am really liking my new VTech Connect to Cell Phone System and I think it will work out great for us! They often have no power to remove disputed charges from your bill and probably have no real avenue to conveying information to corporate. It appears that corporate has the attitude that the shop staff are lucky to have been graciously provided with a job and are treated accordingly. cell phone booster for car
