Nissan Versa "Passion Genome" Campaign + GIVEAWAY!

In a time where social media is king, can it possibly help you find out what you are passionate about? What do you tweet, retweet, like, or follow? Well, Nissan did think of that and has created a really cool campaign for the 2014 Nissan Versa Note that focuses on finding our passion.

With that in mind if you head over to the Nissan Espanol Facebook page, you can find what drives your passion by trying out the Nissan Versa Passion Genome experiment. All you need to do is register and the project analyzes your likes and tells you what you are passionate about.

Before I headed to the "Passion Genome" I thought about what I was passionate about. I decided that my top two passions were definitely travel and food. When I headed over to the Nissan project, I was not surprised that my profile came back with these two things being at the top. This is what came out from the Passion Genome: Travel, Food & Drink, Home & Garden, The Internet, Health and Business. Health and Business surprised me but the rest of the passions chosen are pretty much correct.

Like I said, I was not surprised that Travel came up as my passion. I have traveled since I was very young. I had a passport when I was 3 years old. I think my parents fostered that love of travel because we would travel to Costa Rica every year and several times drove from Los Angeles to Costa Rica, which was one of the best adventures ever. When I got older, I continued traveling. I loved taking road trips up the California coast with friends. I traveled to Hawaii a few times. I then ended up moving across the country and drove from Los Angeles to Miami.

My love of travel continued when I met my husband. He is a gypsy at heart just like me and we travel every chance we get. This year, my hubby went to China and South Korea. We both traveled to Europe. I traveled to Orlando, Costa Rica and New York. And this month, we are traveling closer to home to Charlotte and then we are off to Vegas in November!

The Nissan Versa Note fits right into my passion for traveling. One of the ways I love traveling is by car since air travel has become a hassle. Some of our most memorable trips have been road trips. I have traveled from the West Coast to the East a few times. I have traveled up the California Coast and up the East Coast and in between. The Nissa Versa Note would be a great car to have for those road trips I still want to have. One of my travel dreams is to travel to every single state in the United States by car.

What I love about the Nissan Versa Note is that not only is it a nice car but it also offers best in class MPG, which would save me a lot of money in fuel. It seats 5 and has lots of cargo space. It also offers an Around View Monitor, hands free text and calling and you can hook up your Pandora account! I love that! Plus, the price is right! I can see myself driving through the United States in this baby!
