During the day when I am home alone, I hate cooking because I have to make dinner later in the day. So for lunch, I am all about a fast and easy lunch. Many days, it might be soup, salad or a sandwich. I prefer sandwiches because they fill me up and keep me satisfied until dinner.
Right now, Jif is running its Most Creative Sandwich Contest. Jif is challenging families across America to create a creative and original sandwich recipe that includes at least 2 tablespoons of any Jif product. Yummo!!
Parents with children ages 6-12 can submit their original sandwich for a chance to win a $25,000 college fund and a trip to New York City! That is so awesome. $25,000 will go a long way for a college education! Here is a picture of one of last year's finalists: Tropical Fantasy – YUM!
I am thinking I need to enter my sesame peanut chicken sandwich because it is so delish and creative!
