Football Season is getting interesting

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend a Carolina Panthers game in Charlotte. It was so much fun. We really had a blast. And it was that experience that has made me become interested in football once again.

This weekend, the Carolina Panthers are playing the New Orleans Saints and we will be watching. All of a sudden I am a huge Cam Newton fan. It helps that the Panthers are tied for first place with the Saints in the NFC South Division. It will be a good game.

I also love watching football because I can cook and make tasty snacks for us. This weekend I am already planning our menu. I am not sure what I want. I love snacks and hubby always wants real food like burgers. I prefer chicken wings. I make take the opportunity to make some world famous Disney Ohana Coriander wings. Okay, the wings are world famous because of Disney not me but in my house I take credit for this deliciousness.

I also want to make some Fried Green Tomatoes this weekend as well. I have been craving Fried Green tomatoes for ages. And I saw that our local grocery store had some really nice green tomatoes so I am going to buy some.

It's going to be a good weekend at the old Salzman-Gonzalez house. We will have lots of good food. Some tasty drinks and we will be cheering on the Carolina Panthers and, my fave quarterback, Cam Newton! I am hoping they kick some Saints butt!!

I was thinking that I am so confident in the Panthers winning this weekend that I should be betting on a site like sportsbettingdime.com or find a football pool around work. I really should have put a bet down when I was in Las Vegas last week!

I am hoping they go all the way this year! I would love to see the Panthers in the SuperBowl!
