Soundfreaq Sound Spots Review #SoundSpot

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Soundfreaq. I received a Soundfreaq Sound Spot to facilitate my review.

Around the holidays, we have parties and get-togethers. Besides delicious food and great drinks, I like to have music playing in the background. My problem is that we have a CD player that is from the 1990's. We have to load up the discs and you can only hear the music in the living room and no where else.

This is a huge problem in the summer when we like entertaining outside because we have a wonderful courtyard for parties. Once again, only the people inside can hear the music. If we want music outside, we have to grab my hubby's iPhone and some cheapo mini speakers that sound terrible. It's an issue.

Luckily, I was asked to review the new Soundfreaq Sound Spot speakers. The Soundfreaq Sound spots are the solution to my old school CD player problem. I can stream music from our phones or any other blue tooth enabled device like our laptop. I usually don't fall in love with items, but I have with the Soundfreaq Sound Spots.

I received two Soundfreaq Sound Spots to review. One is a sleek black speaker and the other is a more funky white and wood speaker. The black one is definitely for inside the house and the other will be for outside the house. We already are thinking about adding a shelf to our courtyard so we can place the Sound Spot there.

I cannot tell you how easy it was to set up the speakers. You have to charge them but they were easily charged off of my laptop with the USB cord that was included. Once charged, the Sound Spot is ready to go. All you need is a blue tooth enabled device. We used both our phones. All you do is go into your phone settings and turn on the blue tooth. Then you turn on your music and hit the Pair button on the Sound Spot and voila, instant music.

Both hubby and I were impressed with the sound of this little portable speaker. The sound was amazing. I made a few Vine videos for you to be able to hear the quality of the sound. Plus, the sound traveled quite a ways when when we placed it outside so it is perfect for a party! The Sound Spot makes the music from our phones sound so much better!

Hubby is even thinking of using on in his Honda Pilot so we can listen to music from the phones instead of carrying around CD's or trying to find music on the radio. We are also going to look into buying audio books for the phone and playing them on long road trips!

We would also love having more sound spots and placing them around the house. I used it the other day when I was on the treadmill. Luckily, these are portable so we can take them into various rooms but I can totally see us having quite a few of these babies around the house. Long gone are the days of having corded speakers and CD's.

The Sound Spot's are $69.99, which is a great price for the what you are getting. It's a great value. The colors and designs will fit into any decor. The black is my favorite because on a shelf you don't even notice it. The lithium battery lasts for seven hours before a recharge is needed. I love this because it will last a whole party with no problem! I highly recommend this product for any one who needs portable speakers or who wants to play the music on their phones in the house! And, I have to say that this is probably one of the top 5 products i have reviewed this year!
