We have decided that in 2014, our household is eating healthier. That means less fats, calories, processed foods and more healthy and whole food options. It will be difficult but we are going to change our eating habits little by little.

One of those changes will be incorporating more fish into our diet. I am not a huge fan of fish but, luckily, hubby is. I do like salmon and Gorton's has some great looking salmon options for me.
