Krusteaz Review and Giveaway! Baking Made Easier!



I love baking but, let's be honest, I am lazy. Baking takes a lot of work, so I try to avoid. But I like fresh bread. I love waffles. I love all baked goods. For someone like me, Krusteaz is the answer. Krusteaz has a line of products that make my life easier and delicious.

When I received the opportunity to review Krusteaz products, I felt these were products that would fit in with my lifestyle. I can have baked good without worrying about the mess and hassle. I do not have to carefully measure out ingredients or knead dough. I just mix and bake.


I recently received a waffle maker and had no idea how to make waffle mix. I headed over to the cake aisle in the grocery store and found that Krusteaz made waffle mix!! YAY! Besides, the waffle mix, Krusteaz also offers biscuits mix, muffins mix, several bread mixes, brownie mix, scone mix and many more! Hallelujah!


I picked up a box of waffle mix and a box of sourdough bread mix. There were so many choices that I cannot wait to go back to the grocery store and buy more products. The waffle mix was delish. It was easy to mix. It was easy to use and the waffles came out crispy and light.



I had a delicious breakfast in less than 15 minutes. I liked the ease of being able to just have all my dry ingredients ready to mix with s few wet ingredients that I supply. Let me tell you that my waffles were so much better than frozen ones!

    I do bake a lot. More so in the Winter around the holidays because turning the oven on in the summer is too hot for me.

    I love to bake and usually make my baked goods from scratch. There are times, however, when I don't have the time or the gumption, and I like to have some mixes on hand. I'm a big fan of Krusteaz for just that reason.

    Yes, I'm like you, prefer mixes, because they're easier. I do add my own touches, such as adding spices or dried fruit, also crushed nuts are good.

    Both! Sometimes I love to bake completely from scratch and sometimes cheat to make things easier and taste to see if their is a big difference. Sometimes the taste is similiar enough to warrant cheating in a recipe!

    I discovered Krusteaz products at Sam's club and I LOVE their sugar cookie mix. I can not tell you how much I loved it. I also love their big bag of pancake mix. (just add water) When I'm out of milk, eggs, etc. it's great to just add water.

    I love to bake. I only like making it easier when I am doing things like baking for work parties with 200 kids and their families. If I am baking for my own small group of friends or family, I like to take the time to bake from scratch.

    I love cookie bars, and I can't believe I haven't tried the Krusteaz Lemon Bar Mix yet. Lemon bars are a favorite of mine, but making the crust and the filling then putting them together into bars always seems like too much work. This mix is the perfect solution.
