The Duovet stay cool or warm during winter + GIVEAWAY!!

Hubby and I are very compatible except when it comes to body temperature. I am always cold. He is always hot. He keeps the house at 68 degrees in the winter. I would keep it at 75 degrees if I could. I can't. At night, he turns the heat way down. I am always sneaking around trying to turn it up. I always get caught. So that is a problem. I want to be warm and comfy and he wants to be cool and comfortable. What are we to do?

Well, I recently had the opportunity to review the Duovet. When I first heard about this product, I knew I HAD to have it. The Duovet is a brilliant idea. It is a comforter where one side is filled with 40 oz of microfiber filling filling and the other 20 oz of microfiber filling. So that creates 2 different temperature zones in the comforter. One is cool and one is warm.

You can actually see the difference in filling when you lay out the Duovet. One side is fluffier than the other. Of course, when we tried out the Duovet, I took the warmer side and hubby the cooler side. It actually worked for us especially since we tried it out during the Polar Vortex. The temperature in our town got down to Zero degrees one night.

Normally we sleep with a light blanket and one comforter. In the winter we add another comforter to the mix but during the night, hubby starts tossing off the top comforter and then it falls off the bed and I freeze. With the Duovet, he had no problem sleeping with the extra comforter. And I was in hog heaven because I was warm and cozy under the extra filling. You can also reorient the Duovet and put the 40% filling on your feet to warm them up and keep your upper body cool.

We have a King Size bed and received a Queen size Duovet but it is large enough to fit right over our bedding and have a tiny bit extra on the side. I really liked the Duovet. It solved our heat issues at night. We can now put the heater lower than usual. Hubby stays comfortable and I stay toasty warm. I no longer have to wear extra jammies to bed just to be warm. YAY!

The Duovet is 100% machine washable and can be tossed into the dryer without any problem. The cover is antimicrobial.  You also receive a set of Comforter Clips when you order The Duovet so you can put it into a duvet if needed. You can buy the Duovet at the Duovet website. The Duovet costs $75 and it is a great deal if you and your partner have different body temperatures.

I know that we love our new comforter and we will be using it all the time now. Thanks to Duovet, I have one Queen size Duovet for one lucky reader. If you want to win, just enter on the Rafflecopter widget below!
