Here are some pictures of the big snow we had here in Sylva, NC. These are of our house. The snow is beautiful but I don't like snow. Luckily, it melted away pretty fast but let me tell you I am over winter!!
Wow you have a lot of snow. These are great pictures. But like you I am over Winter. I am more then ready for Summer to be here. Heck I will even take Spring! :)
Being from NC too, I was so surprised how everything was covered with snow: I mean it literally looked like a place up north...like Maine or New York, but in about two days, it was all gone! I couldn't believe my eyes! Your photos capture the snowy coverage perfectly! I really like the ones featuring the creek/stream and the trees! So much white!
Nice pictures--especially the last one, with your smiling face and warm fur-lined hood! Here in Downeast Maine, we got about a foot and a half of snow a couple of days ago, and we're supposed to get another six inches tonight. We are considering moving south, where our shovels and knee-high boots won't be needed quite as often.

ReplyDeleteWow, that is a lot of snow! Being from Southern CA, we never see snow so that looks very magical to us!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! We had about 3 inches from that storm plus ice here in SC.
ReplyDeleteI'm originally from New Jersey but live in NC, too, and this snow has been unbelievable. It makes for pretty pictures, though!

ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! I'm in AZ and we don't get ANY snow where I live. These photos sure do make me miss living in IL and RI during this time of year!
