Getting married is a huge step for any couple. It means that you are committed to spend the rest of your life (hopefully) with the your partner. It also means your life will change and you are now making decisions about your life with someone else. No longer are you living for yourself but for someone else as well. And, I found that to be a good thing since I have been with my husband for 18 years.

Last year, we had several weddings to attend. It was nice to see our nephews and nieces starting a new life with their partner. It is exciting to see young couple starting a new life together. This year, we even found out that our niece is pregnant and will be having her first child. Wedding to me mean new beginnings and endless possibilities. It is also exciting to have found your partner and make that commitment. And I find it exciting that now as a couple, they will have new adventures and experiences together.

I was not surprised that every one of the couples had a Wedding Registry at Target.
