Kaliana Stress Relief Natural Emotional Care Kit Review & Giveaway!






I am stressed. I always seem to be stressed. I try not to be but I start thinking about work, blogging, cleaning the house, health, money and everything else and it happens. For the most part, I am pretty good about not getting too stressed out but there are sometimes when I need to just mellow out and relax.

A hot cup of tea and good book help. A hot bath helps. A little meditation helps. And now I found something else that helps: Kaliana Stress Relief Emotional Care products. I already use aromatherapy to hep me fall asleep and to help when I get migraines. So this product completely fit into my lifestyle. The Facial Fix-Me Mists are great because you can use these for a small boost during the day. I like keeping one in my car or purse so I can have it handy anywhere. The Body Oil is great because it lasts a little longer that the mist. It is great because you can place it on your skin. I like adding a drop to my light bulbs so the smell permeates the air. And the Beverage Booster Supplement can be taken anywhere and all you need is a drop or two in a beverage for stress relief.

The scent is relaxing and soothing. It smells very light. It has a faint scent of eucalyptus and lemongrass. It is not strong at all. I really enjoyed it and it helped me calm down. Of course, this is my experience with it. But since I have used aromatherapy before. I do believe it can actually help some people regulate their moods.
