I have a tea ritual. I always have tea in the afternoons or in the evening. I love heating the water on the stove and then steeping the bag into the water. Then I either curl up on the sofa and have my tea while I listen to some music or I take my tea to our back room and sit and read a while while I have my tea. If I drink tea in the evening, I like having my tea with a cookie as dessert for my evening meal.
