This summer, I am getting fit. Yes, I always say that every summer but this year, I have really started working out and trying to eat better. My downfall is always snacks and not eating breakfast. I have to get used to eating early. I also have to start choosing my snacks a little better than I have been.

I have already started on the exercise part and now I have to focus on the food part. I need to eat less but better.
