Crème brûlée Recipe from The Hundred Foot Journey!

One of my dreams is to go to culinary school. I dream about making wonderful food that looks beautiful. I have to admit though that I am already a pretty good cook. There are a few things I can never master and Crème brûlée is one of them. I am going to try this recipe but I am not sure if it will turn out. My other attempts have not been that great.

Of course, this is another one of those fantastic recipes that I have been sharing from The Hundred Foot Journey movie. What can be better than a movie about food? I hope you enjoy it!

  1. I have made Creme Brulee many times, but not like this. I will have to try it. I bet it tastes so delicious with the bananas. This movie looks like a good one!

  2. I had a great creme brulee in Santa Fe last weekend. It had an almond custard.
