Because I love to cook, I have tons of spices. A lot of them are the regular type you buy in the store. Some of them are specialty spices I have collected on my travels. The unfortunate thing is my new kitchen does not have tons of space for my spices. I have had to put some in the pantry. This is inconvenient because I want them right by the stove when I need them.
