It is no secret that I turned 50 this year. My life didn't change and I didn't grow old overnight. Getting old has been happening for a few years. I have started to notice little wrinkles around my eyes, a little bit of a turkey neck and my skin not looking as smooth as it once looked. This is what has been pushing me to start doing something about it.

I have been experimenting with different skin creams and vitamins. Some have worked but some have not. I have also started exercising and eating better to stop the signs of aging.
