This year I am making a resolution to get fit. I am not sure I will but I am making a lifestyle change. Resolutions are hard because most people do not fulfill them and I am one of those people. But this year, more exercise and eating better food are on my agenda. I had already started cutting back on sugar and processed foods last year. I lost my way during the holidays but I am now back on the program. But that does not mean I am giving up some of the good things in life.
One thing I will not give up is enjoying good food and drinks. So I look for alternatives. That is where Brancott Estate Flight Song wine comes in. I don't make resolutions because I am never able to keep them it seems. But this year I hope will be different because I have vowed to lose at least some of the weight I have gained thanks to all of the medications that I am on. I will look for this brand of wine for sure.

ReplyDeleteMy resolution is to quit smoking. I hope I can do it successfully this time around. My sister in law should try this wine. She drinks way to much in my opinion.
