Make a "Realistic Resolution" with Gorton's + Giveaway @gortonsseafood #RealisticResolution

Every year, I vow to lose weight. I do really well and then give up. Last year, I did lose weight and maintain the weight loss. It takes a lifestyle change that I am trying to do slowly. You have to make the commitment and then stick with it.

This year is no different. I am taking it slow but I am cutting out bad foods and exercising more. Part of the program for me and hubby is Gorton's Seafood. Eating fish is something I have been trying to do. I am not a huge fan but little by little I am trying to incorporate it more into our diet.


Gorton’s  offer 14 perfectly-portioned, protein-packed products, including gluten free Grilled Fish in a variety of flavors, as well as Simply Bake Tilapia, Salmon and Haddock. Because I have never cooked fish, buying Gorton's makes perfect sense for me. It is easy and hubby likes it a lot.


He likes the Grilled Tilapia. I am a fan of the Salmon. It's the only fish I will eat for now. Luckily, my local grocery store had the salmon and it was delicious! The fish tastes fresh and it makes a quick easy meal. It was easy to make as well. Each fillet is packed individually in a oven safe bag. So all you need to do is pop it into the oven and then eat! I will be trying the Tilapia next! I hope I like that.

Gorton's Grilled Fillets are low fat, gluten free and 100 calories or less per serving. Gorton's offers 11 gluten free varieties! And Gorton's has no artificial flavors or MSG!

  66. I did not. But, this past September, I started eating better and paying more attention to my calories in a day. I am down 30 pounds so far in my non-diet and still eating normally. I am obese, so I still have a way to go. I'm pretty proud so far!
