I am sure I am boring you with my quest to lose weight and get healthier. But it is a journey and I know it will take awhile. We have been slowly trying to incorporate better foods into our lives, getting rid of processed foods and trying to just eat better.

I know it will be impossible to eliminate all the processed stuff but I am making better choices of what goes into my pantry. That is why when I had the opportunity to review new Post Shredded Wheat Crunch, I took it because I want to have a cereal that I can eat and feel good about eating.


I love that Post Shredded Wheat Crunch cereal is made with 100% natural whole grain wheat with sweet granola clusters. One-cup of Post Shredded Wheat Crunch contains 43g of Whole Grain per serving and also provides an excellent source of fiber (5g). Better yet, Post Shredded Wheat Crunch has 0g Trans Fat, 0g Saturated Fat, and 0mg Cholesterol per serving.

Plus, it is delicious. The shredded wheat bites are crunchy and hold up to the milk. They stay crunchy and not soggy. The sweet granola clusters give the cereal that tiny bit of sweetness that I love and I do not have to add sugar or anything else. They are do good. I have been eating them every morning!


I love the fact that I can have a healthier breakfast that satisfies me and, yet, feel good about what I am eating. It is a good alternative to other cereals. I am definitely making this part of my morning routine.

  4. My favorite breakfast is quick and easy, since I'm not a morning person at all. I try to make something like muffins, quick bread, or coffee cake a couple of times a week so I just have to grab and eat it in the morning. I do like cereal and milk for lunch, though!
