You all know I have been on a break. This past month has been one of the most stressful in my life. I have been working like crazy and still had to deal with a lots of issues at home. It is times like these that make me crave food that will comfort me.

One of those food has always and will always be macaroni and cheese. There is something about mac and cheese that brings me back to my childhood and having it when I was sad or tired or sick. I haven't had much time to make my own mac and cheese so I am glad that STOUFFER'S makes mac and cheese that I can make anytime I need a little comforting.

The new STOUFFER’S Mac & Cheese varieties, Garlic Parmesan Mac & Cheese or White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, are made with fresh quality ingredients like real cheddar or mozzarella cheese and pasta freshly made from two simple ingredients – flour and water.

Plus, these new flavors are great! The Garlic Parmesan mac & cheese was absolutely amazing. It was creamy and cheesy. The garlic elevates the mac & cheese to a new level. I have always loved the regular STOUFFER'S mac & cheese and this flavor is just as good! Yummy!

And even though the new varieties are frozen food, the quality ingredients make them delicious. Plus, the most important thing for me is that they make a convenient and easy meal when I am running around and have no time to make dinner from scratch.

For me, saving time is so important. Now that I am working full-time I don't have the time to make dinner all the time. Having STOUFFER'S meals in the freezer is something I am enjoy because I can have a good comfort meal ready in minutes!
