Workoutbands.com GIVEAWAY!!!


It has been months since I exercised. With the new job, Tom's health issues and just life I have been totally lax. But this past weekend, I jumped on the treadmill and finally started up again. It felt good.



The problem though is that I can get on the treadmill and gt a cardio workout. My legs get really toned and strong my my arms do not. I have tried everything to get them stronger to no avail. But I received a set of workout bands from Workoutbands.com and I have been trying to use those.



They are great. I loved that my set of workout bands came with different types. It came with heavy resistance bands as well as the light resistance bands. Of course, I started with the light resistance and let me tell you that even the lightest resistance was difficult. But as I use them more and more, I will be able to move up to the heavier resistance bands.



The bands came with ankle straps and a door anchor. They also have hand holds that are cushioned and easy to grip. I love them. Because I have no upper body strength, the ability to start slow and work my way up to heavier bands is something I like.

  27. I don't work out often enough because I'm limited by congestive heart failure. I like to walk, play Just Dance on Wii Plus, and use resistance bands.

  29. I actually recently started working out, so I mostly run (for cardio), but I have some love handles I'm working on, so I love to do crunches and sit ups, too.
