The problem though is that I can get on the treadmill and gt a cardio workout. My legs get really toned and strong my my arms do not. I have tried everything to get them stronger to no avail. But I received a set of workout bands from Workoutbands.com and I have been trying to use those.
They are great. I loved that my set of workout bands came with different types. It came with heavy resistance bands as well as the light resistance bands. Of course, I started with the light resistance and let me tell you that even the lightest resistance was difficult. But as I use them more and more, I will be able to move up to the heavier resistance bands.
The bands came with ankle straps and a door anchor. They also have hand holds that are cushioned and easy to grip. I love them. Because I have no upper body strength, the ability to start slow and work my way up to heavier bands is something I like.
