Disney FanGirl Dream Come True! Heading to the #D23Expo

Disclosure: I am attending the #D23Expo and my expenses: flight, accommodations, transportation and some meals will be covered by Disney. All opinions, however, are 100% mine.

If you read my blogs regularly, you might have guessed I am a Disney fan. I love everything Disney. I have for decades. I always have to mention that my love of Disney began when I was very little. Growing up in Los Angeles always gave us access to Disneyland. When family visited from Costa Rica, the first thing they wanted to do is go to Disneyland. So it was not unheard of that we were at Disneyland a few times a year. And we would even go when we had no visitors. It was a place where we made wonderful memories.

My love of Disney never wavered and as time went on, Disney started growing and so there was always something new to love. I remember when I moved to Florida, one of the first things I wanted to do is go to DisneyWorld! And, I did. In fact, we went a lot because Florida residents got great discounts.

So I was thrilled when I was invited to attend the D23Expo this month!! I have never been and never thought I would ever go but now it is happening and I am so excited.

It is the biggest fan event and this year looks to be amazing. Just that fact that George Lucas is receiving a Legends award gives me chills. If you know me, you know I LOVE Star Wars!

Plus, I also learned that I will be headed back to Disneyland as well. And I do love Disneyland. Disneyland is celebrating its Diamond Anniversary and I will be part of it. This is wonderful because this is really full circle for me. My love of Disney started at Disneyland when I was very little and now I am back again.
