It finally cooled down here on the coast of North Carolina. It has been a long hot summer and I am glad that I can now wear my sweaters and boots. I even bought a few new coats! With the cooler weather my skin dries up.

Dry weather and cold makes my skin horrible and so to make it stay looking healthy and moisturized a new regimen have to come into place.  But I never fear because I have Lubriderm to help me out. I know with Lubriderm my skin will survive the Fall and Winter.

* Use soap-free cleansers as they may dry and damage your sensitive skin and be sure to lightly pat yourself dry. 

* Don't scrub harshly when showering as it may irritate your skin.

* Avoid long, hot showers as they may deplete your skin moisture.

* Use fragrance-free moisturizer and moisturize at least twice a day to prevent your skin from drying out.
