Be Good to You with Nature Made + Giveaway! #NatureMade #IC #AD

This post was sponsored by Nature Made® as a part of a Blog Blast for Influence Central.

Last year my husband had a heart bypass and everything changed for us. We had to change our lifestyle and eating habits. While he is doing better than I am, I am really focusing on getting healthier. We have started eating low fat, low salt food. It is tough but by using no salt or less salt, it has helped us.

We started exercising more often although I am not always the best at exercising. My husband started taking lots of vitamins along with the medicines he has to take for his heart disease. I also started taking vitamins.

Our favorite brand is Nature Made Vitamins. It is a brand I have used before and it is the brand his doctor recommended. Nature Made is also the #1 best-selling brand for quality vitamins, minerals and supplements* to help support nutritional gaps. Nature Made is also the #1 Pharmacist recommended brand in 9 categories.**

I have a Vitamin D deficiency so I need to take it daily to stay healthy. Taking Nature Made Vitamin D has helped me feel better. And I will continue using Nature Made vitamins because they work for me.

I always head over to Walmart to buy my Nature Made vitamins, minerals and supplements. Walmart's everyday low prices help me save money on the products I need. I never have to wait for sale.

Sport Squeeze® Giveaway!

I am still trying to get healthy and have been trying to walk a little more every week. My walk around the neighborhood is great but I always have to take water because it's pretty hot out there. I have a sports bottle but I have to carry it or take a bag to put it in. I can take a regular water bottle
but it also needs to be put in a bag. Carrying both types of bottles are uncomfortable.

But now there is something different that I can get behind. The Original Squeeze Company’s new Sport Squeeze® is their first all-ages reusable squeeze pouch, with the athlete and adventurer in mind! I love this squeeze bottle.

This little bottle is great. You can easily grip it while walking or exercising. Because it is squeezable, it conforms to the shape of your hand. It also has a carabiner that you can attach to you workout clothes or bag. You can freeze it so it is great to take cold drinks on your run, hike or walk.

I love it because I can use it while working out. If you have kids it is perfect for them to use as a sippy cup because it has an easy flip out spout and it is spill proof. It is BPA-PVC and Phthalate free.
You can use it for water or for homemade power gels, smoothies and protein shakes. It is naturally non-stick and dishwasher friendly so it is easy to clean.

The Sport Squeeze® is available for $18.99 and available online at Original Squeeze Company.

I love mine and hubby loves it too. If you want to win a Sport Squeeze®, just enter below on the Rafflecopter widget.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

In 1997, we took a trip to Ireland. It was our first official trip as couple. It was also the start of many more trips that we would take during our 20 years together.

Our trip started a little rough when our plane from Miami International was found to have mechanical problems. We missed our connecting flight out of Atlanta but we were able to catch a flight out from Miami on Aeroflot Airlines. Yes, the Russian airline.

We were a little dubious but they put us in Business Class and we had a most delightful trip. Of course, we could not understand a word the flight attendants were saying but we managed. I remember the movie was in Russian. The food was delicious. We were only 2 of 4 people in Business Class. And when Tom asked for Bourbon, the flight attendant had no idea what he said. Finally he said Vodka and she brought out a huge selection of vodkas. It was great.

We flew into Shannon airport to meet up with Tom's mom and brother. Then we drove to Scariff. We had rented a little farmhouse in this tiny town. It was fantastic. We took days trips from our little house. We visited Adare, the Cliffs of Mohr, The Burren and other places. We then drove into Dublin for a few days.

The Irish were wonderful. Ireland was beautiful. And I would go back there in a heartbeat. It was one of the best trips ever. This is only a sampling of pictures. I had so many I couldn't find the time to scan and then post them. Enjoy my memories.

"Our house" In Scariff.

We have over 30 pictures of sheep. They weren't as cute as they usually look on TV. They were actually quite dirty but I loved seeing them though. I am only posting one picture though!

We went on a fishing excursion. I had never gone fishing on a boat before. It was great fun. Tom caught a fish I didn't. We had a wonderful fishing guide, Tim. He was so much fun and so interesting. I remember we had a nice lunch and we got to see so much of the area we
were staying at. The River Shannon was amazing.

We visited so many places. This was over 16 years ago, so I do not recall the names or places except for several places. In these first pictures, we had been traveling around and came to this church. That huge tower was really high up but I climbed it. The funny thing is I did the WOO thing before I had the screamy girl as my mascot. LOL

We visited random castles and they were great. I loved the history in Ireland. And driving around the countryside was amazing. In a strange way, it reminded me of Costa Rica but cold.

We went to a town called Adare and all the houses were made with thatched roofs. It was one of the most absolutely beautiful places ever. So cute but I remember it had tons of tourists like us. But it was magical walking down the street and looking at these cute house!

One day we drove out to The Burren and the Cliffs of Mohr. I also remember us stopping at a farm to get fresh cheese. OMG, it was great. The Cliffs of Mohr pictures to not do justice to the place. It was breathtaking.

We went into Dublin for a few days and it was great. It was a little freaky though because we had been in the countryside for days and then to go to the big city was jarring. But Dublin was amazing.
