With summer coming, I start drinking a lot more water than usual. But regular water can get really boring. The temptation to grab a soda or sweet drink grows but I still try to not because water is so much better for me.

One way I can drink a lot of water is by adding flavoring. There are times when I add lemon or lime. Sometimes I add flavored sweetener. Last year, my husband had a heart bypass. We have been eating a lot healthier now. Low salt and low fat are the new rules for eating. I have found tons of recipes for savory food but it's hard to find healthier food for desserts or snacks. So when I read about the Bakery on Main 4-4-8 Granola Bars, I wanted to try them because they are lower fat bars that my husband can have.

Bakery on Main is a natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The founder, Michael Smulders decided to create products that were good for his customer’s dietary needs. Eleven years later Bakery On Main has seven product lines and over 30 items.

The 4-4-8 Granola bars are made with an ideal combination of four grams of protein, four grams of fiber, and eight grams of sugar, these bars are certified gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and made in the USA with a clean ingredient list. The bars are also free of dairy, casein and refined sugar and low in sodium, trans fat, saturated fat and cholesterol. I tried them and really liked them. The Double Chocolate are my favorites. When I gave one to my husband, he wasn't sure about them because he is still trying to get used to the new diet but he really liked them. And the Oat and Honey bars only have 2.5 grams of fat and that is perfect for him. The bars are delicious and satisfying. They are chewy and are the perfect evening snack or for a breakfast on the go. I took some to work to have as a mid-afternoon snack. They are much better than a bag of chips.

Giants like Bloodbottler (Bill Hader) and Fleshlumpeater (Jemaine Clement) on the other hand, are twice as big and at least twice as scary and have been known to eat humans, while the BFG prefers Snozzcumber and Frobscottle. Upon her arrival in Giant Country, Sophie, a precocious 10-year-old girl from London, is initially frightened of the mysterious giant who has brought her to his cave, but soon comes to realize that the BFG is actually quite gentle and charming, and, having never met a giant before, has many questions. The BFG brings Sophie to Dream Country where he collects dreams and sends them to children, teaching her all about the magic and mystery of dreams.

Having both been on their own in the world up until now, their affection for one another quickly grows. But Sophie’s presence in Giant Country has attracted the unwanted attention of the other giants, who have become increasingly more bothersome. Says Spielberg, “It’s a story about friendship, it’s a story about loyalty and protecting your friends and it’s a story that shows that even a little girl can help a big giant solve his biggest problems.” Sophie and the BFG soon depart for London to see the Queen (Penelope Wilton) and warn her of the precarious giant situation, but they must first convince the Queen and her maid, Mary (Rebecca Hall), that giants do indeed exist. Together, they come up with a plan to get rid of the giants once and for all.

When I was at the D23 Expo last year, I saw the trailer to this movie and it was great. I cannot wait for this movie. I think it will be one of Disney's biggest hits.

Making Those #tinymoments with your Baby a Tiny Bit Easier with AVEENO® + Giveaway!

Regulate the room temperature - Keep your baby's room warmer during the day and cooler at night. The optimal temperature for infant sleep is between 70 and 75◦F.

Use a dimmer - Lights is one way to regulate babies' body's internal clock. Plug your lamps into dimmer units and when the sun goes down in the evening, lower the lights-even if your baby isn't going right to bed.

Diaper Duty - Make sure you have everything you need nearby so you don't leave your baby unattended on the changing table (diapers, wipes, rash cream, etc.)

Do a quick spa treatment - Before bed, and after their bath with AVEENO® Baby Wash and Shampoo, give your child a 15-minute massage using slow strokes and moderate pressure using AVEENO® Baby Calming Comfort Lotion. This will help them fall asleep faster and longer. Sleepy Time - It is recommended that babies sleep with their parents until they are at least 5 months old. This will improve theirs and your quality of sleep, making your breastfeeding time much more comfortable.

Newborns - A newborn baby needs to feel the warmth and scent of their mother. That's why you shouldn't be afraid of 'spoiling" your baby by responding immediately to his crying. On the contrary, this will build a special bond between you and him,

Judy Hopps has a dream of being a police officer but everyone in her life tries to ell her that it is an impossible dream. That does not stop Judy as she follows her dream, goes to the Zootopia Police Academy and becomes a police officer. That also means she leaves her little town and heads to the big city: Zootopia. Zootopia is where all animals live together in peace. Judy is assigned to meter maid duty but that does not stop her from trying to stop crimes. During one attempt, she meets her match, Nick Wilde, a clever fox.


Judy takes on a case of a missing mammal and that when things get interesting ad she has to enlist the help of Nick. I won't get into details because you really need to watch the movie and I don't want to spoil it. But the story gets complicated and this Disney takes on some important issues about prejudice and not judging a book by its cover. It is done in a way that kids can understand. The movie is also filled with great jokes that will entertain adults.

I loved this movie. It was a tight story with great animation. I liked the message in the movie about friendship and learning how to get along with others who might be different than you. It was fun and there are some hilarious moments at the DMV and the spoof on "The Godfather" is brilliant. I definitely think it is great for kids but also adults. My husband who is not keen on animated films, really liked it and that is saying something!
