I am not a mom but I know that the love between a mom and a baby is special. I have a few nieces who are new moms so I have been learning a lot from them. Luckily, I can also help them. Regulate the room temperature - Keep your baby's room warmer during the day and cooler at night. The optimal temperature for infant sleep is between 70 and 75◦F.

Use a dimmer - Lights is one way to regulate babies' body's internal clock. Plug your lamps into dimmer units and when the sun goes down in the evening, lower the lights-even if your baby isn't going right to bed.

Diaper Duty - Make sure you have everything you need nearby so you don't leave your baby unattended on the changing table (diapers, wipes, rash cream, etc.)

Do a quick spa treatment - Before bed, and after their bath with AVEENO® Baby Wash and Shampoo, give your child a 15-minute massage using slow strokes and moderate pressure using AVEENO® Baby Calming Comfort Lotion. This will help them fall asleep faster and longer. Sleepy Time - It is recommended that babies sleep with their parents until they are at least 5 months old. This will improve theirs and your quality of sleep, making your breastfeeding time much more comfortable.

Newborns - A newborn baby needs to feel the warmth and scent of their mother. That's why you shouldn't be afraid of 'spoiling" your baby by responding immediately to his crying. On the contrary, this will build a special bond between you and him,
