My BBQ feast came packed in dry ice and ready to eat. It took about 2 days to receive and let me tell you, it looks wonderful! I stored them in the freezer until I get my feast on this weekend! Yum. Let me tell you, this food was delicious. All I did was warm the ribs in the oven with a little sauce. They came out juicy and tender. The meat falling off the bone. The BBQ sauce was tangy and spicy. It was not sweet but with a hint of vinegar. Now the best part of the meal were the beans. Holy moley! The beans are made with beef brisket and there were chunks in the beans. Usually I have to doctor the beans for flavor. I didn't touch these at all. They were spicy and we loved them!
